Osmoregulation by Contractile Vacoule: In Unicellular like Amoeba, osmoregulation occurs by contractile vacoule. Water with dissolved CO2 and Uric acid is collected from the endoplasm by contractile vacoule, which is gradually increase in size when reaches maximium size comes by surface then bursts, that time new vacoule appears and the process is repeated.
